Parents must apply through their school districts. BCCS contracts with Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York City School Districts. Through collaboration with each student’s home school district and the Committees of Special Education (CSE) and Committees of Preschool Special Education (CPSE), an Individual Education Plan (IEP) guides an individualized curriculum and related services for the student.
