Other Services

Children with special needs may receive an array of services as mandated by their Individual Education Plan:

  • Psychological Services: Counseling, psychological testing, Functional Behavioral Analysis, Behavior Intervention Plans, Play therapy and parent training.
  • Speech Pathology Services: Speech language and communication therapy, augmentative communication use, oral motor and feeding therapy.
  • Occupational Therapy Services: Fine motor, visual perception activities of daily living and sensory integration therapy, hand writing and key boarding.
  • Physical Therapy Services: Neuro-developmental treatment, gross motor development, splinting, adaptive equipment, assistance with wheelchair design and adaptive equipment for the home.
  • Skilled Nursing Services: Dispense medication, nebulizer treatments, g-tube feedings and catherization.
