Preschool Special Education

The focus of the Preschool Special Education Program is to enhance child development and provide and educational environment which fosters language, learning, creativity and socialization.

To foster development and enhance learning a strong home-school collaborative is established. It is the goal of the program to ready children for Kindergarten in their neighboring school district. Small class size includes: 9:1:3 and 6:1:3.5. Program enrichment includes movement classes, music, art, computer, and community trips.

Brookville Center is a 2015-2016 School of Excellence by the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET). This honor is presented to private special education schools that meet rigorous professional criteria and have demonstrated truly exceptional dedication, commitment and achievement in the field of special education.

Students may receive an array of services as mandated by their Individual Education Program.
